Governor David Ige has issued a proclamation declaring December 3-7 as Cancer Screen Week in Hawaii. The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) worked with lawmakers to pass a resolution during the 2018 legislative session declaring the first week in December as Cancer Screen Week in partnership with Genentech, the American Cancer Society (ACS), Stand Up to Cancer and Rally Health.
