ACS CAN and other major patient advocacy groups ask Senators to vote no on repeal

July 19, 2017

Our ask is clear. Every U.S. Senator should vote no on repealing the current health care law.

ACS CAN joined 12 other major patient advocacy groups in asking all Senators to vote no on repeal.

The groups took out full page ads in the Daily News-Miner in Fairbanks, AK, the Reno Gazette-Journal in Reno, NV, and the Charleston Gazette-Mail in Charleston, WV, urging Senators to vote no.

If the current health care law is repealed, 32 million people in the U.S. could lose their health coverage, and premiums could double for many others.
