Learning More About Our Issues
An effective and influential advocacy organization depends on having a skilled and knowledgeable staff and volunteer base. ACS CAN needs individuals who not only have the skills to organize around an issue and influence policymakers, but also possess a base level of knowledge about ACS CAN's issues. By acquiring a basic literacy of our priority issues, you can help articulate the reasons why our work is so important and ensure that our lawmakers put cancer issues at the top of their legislative agendas.
