I prefer emails so I know I have the information in a timely manner. I guess phone conferences are necessary sometimes

Fo me, email is best. I don’t always remember to come to the website and browse for info, but an email with a link is a good prompt to do that. I follow ACS CAN on Facebook but for detailed info, email is best for me. I like the monthly phone conferences and try to participate live when I can, but about half the time, I listen to the replay due to conflicts when the call is live.
