Another Win in Alaska

ACS CAN in Alaska won a Supreme Court case on Friday, July 1 regarding smoking in private clubs in Juneau, AK. The court holds that the smoking ban in private clubs does not violate the First Amendment’s right of association or the Alaska Constitution’s right of privacy. Congratulations, Alaska!
