ACS CAN FrontRunner Program
Congratulations to Maine's 2011 FrontRunner Diane Mitchell
Advocacy volunteers from across Maine and New England have committed to donate their time, talent and generous contributions to support the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network as an ACS CAN Front Runner. A Front Runner is an individual who raises over $1,000 for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (CAN) between September 1, 2011 and August 31, 2012. Volunteers have already begun holding talent shows, yard sales, and creating I CAN pages (our online fundraising tool,) hoping to contribute to the work of ACS CAN in a larger way. Those who are successful in reaching their fundraising goal will receive FrontRunner benefitsstarting in September 2012. If you are interested in supporting ACS CAN through the FrontRunner program or would like more information, please contact Carolyn Hammer at 207-373-3711 or Carolyn.Hammer@cancer.org .
