Making a Difference in KY

March 1, 2012, on the steps of the Kentucky Capitol,Governor Steve Beshear signed a proclamation recognizing Colon Cancer Awareness Day in the state. In front of American Cancer Society volunteers, state leaders and visiting school children he emphasized early detection.
