2010 Lobby Day Legislative Asks 1. Support SB 245 which expands the smoking ban to include small businesses a. Ask them to become a co-sponsor 2. Support SB 264 which expands the smoking ban to include licensed home child care facilities a. Ask them to support amending the bill to provide a complete smoking ban, not just during business hours b. Ask them to become a co-sponsor 3. Support SB 5411 which amends the Medicaid plan to include smoking cessation services a. Ask them to become a co-sponsor 4. Urge them to avoid making cuts to the Breast and Cervical Early Detection Program, the Connecticut Cancer Partnership, and the Tobacco Trust Fund
