Clinical Trials Bill signed into Law!
On July 1st Governor Parnell signed SB 10, the Clinical Trials bill, into law. The law will take effect on October 1. If you or someone you know is considering participating in a clinical trial, know that your state health insurance will be required to cover your standard of care after October 1, 2010.
